Adult Group

The Adult Group meets monthly, on Saturday mornings. Programming typically falls under the umbrella of English language learning with skill building and educational goals such as discussing current events, navigating healthcare resources, and learning about the functioning of local and state government. We also gather to do art classes, cooking, and nature walks. We intend to create a space where members can practice their English-speaking skills in a safe environment and build confidence in their ability to communicate and express themselves. Above all, we aim to create a communal place of support, exchange, and wellbeing.

Customized ESOL Support

WRAP offers customized one-on-one tutoring for all levels of English language learners. WRAP also offers adult tutoring for job-specific language skills, college classes, test preparation, and computer skills. These are offered as needed and according to tutor availability.

Elders

WRAP reaches out to the elder refugee population with regular outings to provide opportunity for socialization. Each year WRAP's youth honor their elders by presenting gifts during the holidays.
