Empowering Burmese refugees toward sustainable self-reliance
Statement of Purpose
WRAP is a network of individuals committed to assisting local refugees from Burma achieve sustainable self‐reliance through mentoring, advocacy and providing material support as needed. Our primary goal is to assist our friends from Burma in attaining economic independence, establishing a true community and learning how to access services. We are an independent non‐profit organization that works to complement and augment the efforts of other organizations and individuals assisting resettled refugees.
- WRAP is a 501(c)(3) organization and your donations are tax-deductible.
- Activities are held at the Southeast Asian Coalition (SEAC) downtown in the Denholm Building across from City Hall at 484 Main St, Ste 400. Enter through the back door on High St and use metered street parking. Please note the main building will lock at 6pm, so please arrive early to ensure entrance. WRAP is closed during all public and school holidays, including school closures for inclement weather.
